Membership and Fees

TIFERET ISRAEL CONGREGATION - MEMBERSHIP & FEES


Our Annual Membership Fees: $600 (includes children <25; subject to annual increase).
 
Senior Couple Annual Membership Fee: $325 (one spouse must be 65+; subject to annual increase).


Individual Annual Membership Fee: $200 (does not include children; subject to annual increase)

New Chattan & Kallah: First Year Free!

Building Fund: $1,000 (one time fee per family)


RATES FOR THE HALL RESERVATION AND KITCHEN RENTAL:

HALL RESERVATION
MEMBERS, CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN            $300 + 100 CLEANING
FRIDAY NIGHT                                                             $150 + 100 CLEANING
FRIDAY NIGHT & SATURDAY                                        $400 + 100 CLEANING
NON MEMBER (NO FRIDAY NIGHT AVAILABLE)           $500 + 100 CLEANING (Catered events only).
A DEPOSIT OF 50% MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING – BALANCE 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT TAKES PLACE

KITCHEN RENTAL 
  • FOR MEMBERS ONLY: $35.00 PER DAY + CLEANING 
  • BROKEN EQUIPMENT MUST BE REPLACED BY THE USER. 
  • THE KITCHEN IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL TO NON MEMBERS, ONLY FOR THE WARMING OF THE FOOD. 
  • MEMBERS RENTING THE KITCHEN MUST NOTIFY IN ADVANCE THE PERSON IN CHARGE BEFORE BRINGING ANY FOOD TO THE SYNAGOGUE AS A MASHGIAH MUST BE PRESENT IN ORDER TO VERIFY ALL THE INGREDIENTS. 
  • DAIRY PRODUCTS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE KITCHEN. 
  • THE SYNAGOGUE DOES NOT HAVE ANY DAIRY UTENSILS. 
  • DAIRY BREAKFASTS ARE ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE KITCHEN, DISPOSABLE TABLECLOTH MUST BE SUPPLIED. LEFTOVERS MUST BE DISPOSED OFF OUTSIDE THE KITCHEN. 
  • THE SYNAGOGUE DOES NOT PROVIDE TABLECLOTHS OR UTENSILS SUCH AS DISHES, ETC… 
  • A SPECIAL OCCASION PERMIT SHOULD BE PROVIDED IF LIQUOR IS SERVED. 
  • DONATIONS FROM THE GUESTS THAT ARE CALLED TO THE TORAH, ARE NOT TO BE USED TOWARDS THE PAYMENT FOR THE RENTAL OF THE HALL. 
  • ALL LEFTOVER FOOD MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES THE DAY AFTER THE EVENT AT THE LATEST. FAILURE TO DO SO, THE SYNAGOGUE WILL DISPOSE OF IT.
